Workshop APD, an American interior design studio, was founded in 1999 by Matt Berman and Andrew Kotchen to design and develop luxury homes and high-end businesses. An artist's studio converted into a residence, it is an ideal home for a family of five with continuity and elegance. The sophisticated and functional home is connected by a dramatic spiral staircase, with a modern, eclectic decor that reflects the taste and personality of the owners. A turquoise sofa in the center of the living room and a kitchen made of light wood and concrete are the highlights of the house.
