Nestled in the historic landscape of Soho at 565 Broome is a residential project by GRADE Design studio, whose bold interior design and decor reflect the studio's audacity. The 4,600-square-foot luxury apartment features architecture in a sleek, glass-like jewel-like structure designed by Renzo Piano.
GRADE thoughtfully envisioned the perfect organization of the space to create a sense of comfort and luxury, while setting the stage for 1970s individuality and eclectic decor.
Modern, patterned stone floors and wall panels evoke a salon feel, while furniture and decor are mixed in subtle hues ranging from warm and vibrant to airy and cool, the complex elements infuse character into the living space. And a curated art collection fulfills this vision, with works by Rudolf Polanszky, Brent Wadden and Dan Flavin filling the home with life.
