SMOORE 流塘工业园位于深圳宝安区西乡街道，流塘公园东北角，毗邻基督教宝安堂。项目占地 5017㎡，建筑面积 13658㎡，其中 2 号楼 6260㎡，3 号楼 7398㎡。上个世纪八九十年代，该片区大面积的中小型加工生产业发展建造的厂房，随着城市化高速发展，逐渐被新的居住社区、城市公园、办公及相关配套设施包围。而该区域迅速从曾经的城市边缘转变为了现在的区域中心，在这个中心化过度的变革中，曾经的生产车间开始外迁与转型，工业建筑处在了城市更新与功能升级改造再利用的路口。

SMOORE Liutang Industrial Park locates in Xixiang Street, Baoan District, Shenzhen, at the northeast corner of the Liutang Park and adjacent to the Christian Baoan Church. The project covers an area of 5,017 square meters, and has a total floor area of 13,658 square meters, including 6,260 square meters in Building 2 and 7,398 square meters in Building 3. In the 1980-90s, a large number of small and medium-sized manufacturing plants came out in this area. However, due to the rapid process of urbanization, this area has been gradually surrounded by new residential communities, parks, offices, and related infrastructures. As a result, the area has changed from the outskirt of the city to the center, production workshops began to move away, and the old industrial buildings were facing urban renewal and function upgrade.
