The client was a biotech company who selected RSA on the basis of collaboration as horticulturists on an earlier RSA project. The brief was to design the company headquarters and laboratories,green houses and a garden sales center, all on a heavily sloping and rocky site-virtually a little hillock- on the outskirts of the city of Bangalore.

RSA's job included the master plan of the site ,the design of the office spaces and the garden center, and provision of the infrastructure network and plug-ins for the high tech laboratories and greenhouses ,most of which were to be imported and only assembled here.
