The project was born from a close collaboration with the agency of tourist development, Hotel, Klinik. Is found a new identity with which to work to re-launch the Hotel product Rose, therefore the concept and the elements to realize the architectural project.

The restructuring is performed in multiple stages, to allow greater continuity of the exercise of hospitality, but are a basis to define, from the outset, the objectives we want to achieve.

The building is located within the historic center of the country, it became necessary to find an architectural language contemporary that could integrate with the built surrounding.

The first phase of the project is the dining room. The second phase, the third floor with the remaking of the coverage, the bed rooms and new front entrance. The third phase will be the entrance with the bar and the reception.The fourth and last phase involves the renovation of the rooms on the first and sedondo plan.

You chose to build with one technology in wood for two aspects: (1) territorial, we are in val di Fiemme, the wood is present in most of the territory (2) constructive, and allows precision in the prefabrication and speed of installation.

The operation was carried out in 77giorni of work (phase two) in a row, thanks to a detailed design implemented first, for a good collaboration and management of the construction site with companies and teams of professional work.
