北京望京合生麒麟新天地位处望京街道，望京街道是北京中心城东北部相对独立、自成一体的综合性新城区，常被称为北京第二中央商务区。区内多个重要综合发展项目，包括合生麒麟新天地、望京SOHO以及浦项中心，为北京塑造了全新全球商务聚集枢纽，为该区带来多样化的居住、购物、餐饮体验。

Beijing Wangjing Hopson Kirin Place is located in Wangjing Subdistrict, a self-contained and multifunctional urban area that was newly developed in the northeast of central Beijing, and it's often described as the second CBD of the city. Major mix-used developments, including Kirin Place, Wangjing Soho and Posco Centre, have shaped the city's new convergence hub for global business, offering diversified living, shopping and dining experience.

设计团队配合客户与政府规划提出的星链概念，希望透过设计与不同商业的连接从而进一步加强望京商圈的商业气息，促进商圈整体发展。北京望京合生麒麟新天地作为星链的核心成员，会继续在北京环境、文化、科技、数字经济担当重要的角色。

Echoing client's needs and government's latest development strategy, the “Star Chain” concept is introduced, aiming to further strengthen the Wangjing business circle. As one of the core stars of the Star Chain, Beijing Wangjing Hopson Kirin Place will continue playing a key role in four parts: Environment, Culture, Technology and Digital Economy.
