川西平原农村给人以深刻印象的是其独具特色的院子——川西林盘。川西林盘发源于古蜀文明时期，一般由林园、宅院及其外围的耕地组成，“随田散居”是一种集生产、生活和景观于一体的复合型居住模式。林盘通常以姓氏（宗族）为聚居单位，呈一种分散的分布方式，形式上属于典型的自然村落。其生活形态和建筑形式在长期的历史积淀中，已演变为一种文化符号深深烙印于川西民风民俗之中。

The most impressive thing about the rural areas of the western Sichuan Plain is its unique courtyard — Linpan, which originated in the ancient Shu civilization period. Linpan in western Sichuan is generally composed of forest gardens, houses and cultivated land around them. “Scattered living with the fields” is a compound living mode integrating production, life and landscape. In Linpan, the family name (clan) is usually used as the unit of settlement, and the distribution is scattered. It belongs to a typical natural village in form. Its living form and architectural form have evolved into a kind of cultural symbol deeply imprinted in the folk customs of western Sichuan in the long history accumulation.

项目位于四川省崇州市锦江新华村唐家碾，距离成都市中心约 50 公里，车程 1 小时。这是一处典型的川西林盘，展示中心和众多林盘点缀于万亩良田之间，林在田中、院在林中、茂林修竹、白墙青瓦、鸡犬桑麻、小桥流水随处可见。

The project is located in Tangjianian, Xinhua Village, Jinjiang, Chongzhou city, Sichuan Province, which is about 50 kilometers (one hour driving) away from the center of Chengdu. This is a typical Linpan in the west of Sichuan. The exhibition center and many Linpan are dotted between thousands of fertile fields. The forest is in the field, the courtyard is in the forest, the forest is planted with bamboo, white walls and green tiles, chickens and dogs, and small Bridges and running water can be seen everywhere.
