普通的办公室格子间极易形成“自我隔离”的工作状态，而我们尝试通过对原始空间秩序的扭转、跨过“大家庭”的松弛安逸，去重塑和制造一种更适宜的“外里外关系”。

Ordinary office cubicles can easily form a “self-isolation” working state. And we try to reshape and create a more suitable “outside-inside-outside” relationship by reversing the original spatial order and transcending the relaxation and comfort of the “big family”.

“BOX IN THE BOX”是一种直接的建筑逻辑，再加上室外空间，自然而然形成三层嵌套结构，内部又是外部，反之亦然。所谓理想的建筑可以说是类似内部一样的外部空间，和类似外部的内部空间，建筑并不是修建内部空间或外部空间，而是在内外之间修建丰富的场所。强调空间的“可选择性”，放弃建筑强加于人们的“距离限定”，进而使空间属性发生错位，让温度浸入并颠覆刻板冷漠的工作日常。

我们不希望仅仅是去打造一间办公室，而是去形成一个可以工作、交流和休憩的场所。在场域里铺设黑白护墙，犹如加设的黑白盒子，空间黑白交错的对比营造出朦胧神秘的感觉。通过对光影、细节的重新规划，进一步达到对空间本身的重塑以让心灵有所属。与此同时，美也是一种意识的愉悦，伴随着想象与理解的自由，开启视觉及直觉上的丰富感应。

“BOX IN THE BOX” is a kind of direct architectural logic, coupled with outdoor space, naturally forms a three-layer nested structure, the inside is the outside, and vice versa. The so-called ideal building can be said to be an external space similar to the inside. And similar to the external internal space, the building is not to build internal or external space, but to build rich places between the inside and the outside. It emphasizes the “selectivity” of space, and abandons the “distance limitation” imposed by the building on people, so that The dislocation of the spatial attributes allows the temperature to penetrate and subvert the rigid and indifferent work routine.

We don’t want to just build an office, but to form a place where we can work, communicate and relax. Laying black and white retaining walls in the field is like an additional black and white box. The contrast of black and white in the space creates a hazy and mysterious feeling. Through the re-planning of light, shadow and details, the space itself is further reshaped so that the soul can belong. At the same time, beauty is also a kind of conscious pleasure, with the freedom of imagination and understanding, it opens up a rich sense of vision and intuition.
