The complete overhaul of a condo This penthouse is located next to the waterfront in Old Montreal. Our client approached us to completely redo the two stories of his condo. The first level offers a magnificent view of downtown Montreal and the Old Port. On the second level, all the choices were made to create the most exquisite bachelor’s paradise.

Opening up access The existing two bedrooms and two bathrooms were stripped down and replaced by a fully open space which is now suited with an integrated mini-bar, a DJ and music recording station, a walk-in closet and an immense bathroom facing the master bedroom.
