OV&CO utilized the natural light, rustic materials and thoughtful seating to make Francine Restaurant a welcoming environment for guests to dine.
Inspired by the childhood memories and experiences of its owner, who grew up in the south of France, the goal was a restaurant that exudes the rustic charm and flavor of ‘cuisine du soleil’. Kitchen and interior design combine to create an inviting atmosphere that feels personal and familial. Visitors are transported to a place of warm endless summers, magical skies, and long gatherings with good friends around a table full of delicious food.
Built from the ground up the 5,000 sq. ft., 180-seat space features floor-to-ceiling windows, unique artwork, a rustic fireplace, and a marble bar with brass accents. The space delivers an immersive experience from the south of France not easily found outside of Mougins. Like a house, the space flows from the living room, to dining, open kitchen and patio and is sprinkled with personal touches of home.
