VOA (now Stantec)设计团队为市场营销公司Gyro，在美国纽约打造了一间新办公室。走出电梯，人们可以径直来到该公司的接待休息处，这个半私密的区域四周摆放着架子，还有几个餐椅风格的沙发，以及一个刻着公司标语“Ignite Something”的大型装饰物。在楼层的中间布置这么一个非正式的会议区，其功能是将两端的客户区和工作室沟通联系在一起 。

毗邻接待区的是一个大大的储藏/休息室，里面摆放着高高的共用座椅。开放布局的工作室是整个办公室里最大的区域，里面有84个长凳工作位，还有一个非正式的休息区，以及一个下拉式投影屏幕。位于一栋历史建筑里的这个办公场所，包含一个大型的中央区，和一系列不同的长条状座位区。设计师充分的利用了建筑的历史特点，采用简单的家具、油漆以及风景画，帮助该公司打造出一个节约成本，同时又带给人视觉冲击的品牌形象。

VOA (now Stantec) has developed the new offices of marketing agency Gyro located in New York City. Guests and staff enter Gyros offices directly off the elevator into their reception/lounge. This semi-private area is screened by shelving and includes several diner-style banquettes and a super-graphic installation of Gyro’s main mantra, “Ignite Something.” By locating this informal meeting zone in the middle of the floor plan it functions as a collaboration hub between the studio and client areas on either end of the floor plate.

Adjacent to the Reception area is a large Pantry/Breakout space with counter-height farm table communal seating. The open studio area is the largest space in the office, filled with 84 bench-style desks, equipped with an informal lounge area with a drop down projection screen.Set in a historic building, the floor contains a large central core which elongated the program into a series of diverse work settings. Utilizing historic remnants, simple finishes, paint and environmental graphics helped drive cost savings, while also branding the space and creating visual impact.
