Magnus + Associates设计团队，为房地产服务公司Broadgate Estates，在英国伦敦打造了一间新办公室。对于这个位于国王街的新办公场所，该公司要求设计师营造出一个有良好办公氛围，并且能够反映Broadgate Estates公司在房地产市场的独特地位。天然的石头地板，分开的木板，还有特意选用的彩色玻璃隔断，给这里营造出一种淡淡的奢华感。

办公室里最有特色的是那个60米高的艺术品，其主要作用是遮挡住背后那个刚好与办公室齐平的高速公路，这可是贯穿整个伦敦北部的A40高速公路。设计师们还为办公室的咖啡角和接待处那里，设计并量身定做了家具以及软垫装饰等。Broadgate Estates公司要求室内的装修符合BREEAM环保标准。该办公室获得了建筑工程一等奖（这可是英国首个获得该奖项的办公项目）。

Magnus + Associates has developed the new offices of real estate services company Broadgate Estates located in London.Our aim for 2 Kingdom Street was to create a distinctive interior that felt good to work in and reflected the standing of Broadgate Estates in the property market. Natural stone flooring, split timber paneling and selective use of coloured glass partitioning were combined to create a feeling of subtle luxury.

A feature of the scheme is a 60 metre artwork designed to block the view of the A40 Motorway which runs along the entire Northern elevation, level with the client’s floor plate. We also designed and commissioned bespoke furniture and rugs for the café and reception.Broadgate Estates required the fit-out to comply with the BREEAM standards for sustainability in architecture and the project received the first ever ‘Outstanding’ rating (for a new office fit-out in the UK).
