这个办公室项目的主要目的，是将目前的仓库重新改造利用，打造出一个能够反映弗里曼特尔特色、营造出轻松有趣的工作氛围，同时还满足有限改造预算的办公场所。这个办公室是为Caporn Young这家进取型公司设计的，他们的工作方式完全不一样，这在我们和客户们看来都是十分新鲜的。在打造这个位于弗里曼特尔市西部地区的办公室项目时，设计师主要从这个港口城市，以及弗里曼特尔式的美学感受上得到灵感。在装修材料的选择上，则以各种未经加工的自然原料为主，在保留了现存仓库架构的同时，反映出该公司年轻活力的特点。

The brief for this job was to repurpose an existing warehouse and create an office space that reflects Fremantle and encourages a fun work culture amongst staff, whilst adhering to a modest construction budget. We also wanted the design to showcase Caporn Young as a progressive company who are doing things differently, this tends to be a pattern that we see with all our clients and it is very refreshing!With the project located in the West End of Fremantle we drew inspiration from the port and the Fremantle aesthetic. We utilised a lot of raw and natural materials to mesh with the existing warehouse structure and reflect the youthful character of the company.
