Clippership码头区的建造其实主要是对一个中密度的住宅区的设计，位于东波士顿两块废弃的码头区。这片开放空间将要被改造成一个普通的居民住宅小区，社区内不仅需要完善的公共设施，而起需要开阔人们的视野，使人们即使在城市内也可以欣赏到波士顿美丽的自然风景。完工后的社区包含一片海水沼泽，岩滩和大量的野生植物栖息地，同时场地上又建有皮艇中心，游客们可以划着皮艇游览整个海港，体会该地区居民最原始的生活节奏。

Clippership Wharf is a medium-density apartment and condominium housing project located on two abandoned historic wharves in East Boston. The open space has been transformed to provide a variety of passive and active reaction opportunities which include spectacular views of the Boston skyline. The creation of a ‘Living Shoreline’ which includes saltwater marshes, rocky beaches and plentiful wildlife habitat integrates with a variety of access points including a kayak center, allowing residents to interact with the harbor in methods that extend beyond the traditional experience.
