Bahia Urbana returns the waterfront back to the people of San Juan. This expansive 100-acre redevelopment of an abandoned port along the historic Isleta de San Juan, connects the urban pattern of Old San Juan with Canal San Antonio and the Convention Center District through a number of multimodal options. The project seeks to stimulate growth that is economically, socially and environmentally sustainable, while creating create an inviting and eclectic gathering place for both residents and visitors of San Juan and Puerto Rico.
