异形方块棕红洞石如夏日穿过树叶缝隙的斑斓光点，随性而抓眼的沿地面一路向上、持续纵伸至吧台，热烈而浓郁的夏日氛围亦随之蔓延。步入其中，空间内壁与柱体在设计师一次次涂抹上色中，借由笔触传递捕捉光影，重塑光阴。展现历时多年，墙体于自然作用之下的斑驳之态。

The abnormally square brown red stone was like a colorful light dot that passed through the leaves in summer. It went up along the ground and extended to the bar counter. A warm and rich summer atmosphere spread. Stepping into it, the inner wall and the pillar of the space were painted by the designer again and again. Through the brushwork, they could capture the light and shadow and rebuild the time. It showed the mottled state of the wall under the natural effect of many years.

新与旧，在此碰撞交汇 历久弥新，引人流连

醒食如Henri Julien Félix Rousseau的油画般，在恣意挥洒之中，经由色彩调和绘制而成。散发着海岛的悠闲与面包的香甜。

She was like an oil painting of Henri Julien F é LIX Rousseau, painted by colors in a casual way. It smelled the leisure and sweet bread of the island.

吧台，作为空间视觉核心，由整块无缝玻璃搭配暖系灯光组成。因其涉及点单收银、咖啡制作、面包陈列等核心功能，故在柜体规划与立面点线设计中遵循祛繁就简、突出核心的思路，规整有序，层层递进。同时，吧台边缘保留了约10公分宽的扶手区，以此照顾到每一位小顾客，让其可以双手趴在上面等待新鲜面包出炉。

The bar counter, as the core of the space vision, was made up of a whole piece of seamless glass and warm light. Because it involved the core functions of order payment, coffee production, bread display, etc., it followed the principle of simplicity and highlighted the core in the cabinet planning and the design of the exterior lines. It was orderly and advanced layer by layer. At the same time, there was a 10 centimeter wide armrest area at the edge of the bar counter to take care of every small customer, so that he could put his hands on it and wait for the fresh bread to come out of the furnace.

三食堂所在的Raffles City由购物中心、写字楼等复合生态组成，坐拥大量人流，需满足日常休憩、洽谈等不同诉求。而功能之外，如何将品牌特有基因一以贯之 ——「商场中的社区店」便由此应运而生。

The Raffles City, where the three canteens were located, was composed of shopping malls, office buildings and other buildings. There were a large number of people, and they needed to meet different demands such as daily rest and negotiation. Besides functions, how to inherit the brand’s unique genes —— The community store in the shopping mall came into being.

「保留完整厨房」 作为醒食一贯“传统”，在确保每一位顾客能够亲眼看到食物从制作到出炉的全过程。但这也同时意味着，座位区空间将随之减少。醒食外摆区的出现，实现主体空间补充，亦将社区属性于此加以强化。

“Keep the whole kitchen.” As a traditional way of awaking food, it was to make sure that every customer could see the whole process of the food from making to being out of the furnace with their own eyes. But at the same time, it also meant that the seat area would be reduced. The appearance of the outer area for waking up food could supplement the main space and strengthen the community nature.

四方框架围聚，原色木皮缠绕，如礼盒丝带般缀于中心，既为遮挡又做昭示。搭配中庭上方粼粼波光，组成醒食RAND外摆区Sandwich Bar。绿植依次排开，座椅灵活组合，在确保用餐安全感的同时，满足好友小聚功能，亦能为往来行人提供短暂歇脚与休憩。

The square frame was surrounded by the original wooden skin, which was like the ribbon of a gift box, covering and revealing. With the sparkling light above the middle court, the Sandwich Bar of the RAND outer area was formed. The green plants were arranged in order, and the seats were flexibly combined. While ensuring the security of dining, the function of friend gathering was also satisfied, and it could also provide temporary rest for the pedestrians.
