置境·威海学仕名邸，位于威海市文登区，位于小区主入口的 1000㎡售楼处，在销售展示的功能完成以后，将继续作为可持续、可迭代的新型城市功能单元，融入到未来的社区生活中。

Setting · Weihai Xuishi Mingdi, located in Wendeng District, Weihai City, is located in the 1000 ㎡ sales office at the main entrance of the community. After the completion of the sales display function, it will continue to be a sustainable and iterative new urban function unit, and be integrated into the future community life.

艺术无界，优秀的室内设计带来感官体验也是无界的，空间蕴藏着设计师对单纯物质和视觉之外的感知和思考。

Art has no boundary, and the sensory experience brought by excellent interior design has no boundary. The space contains designers’ perception and thinking beyond mere material and vision.

派尚设计在本案中巧妙利用建筑玻璃表皮之下空间的层层递进，无所不在的光影游戏，将文登的笔墨书香化为深度的交互体验，融入到空间的设计中，创造出令人耳目一新的人文艺术空间。

In this case, Paishang design cleverly uses the layers of space under the glass skin of the building, the omnipresent light and shadow game, and turns wendeng’s brush and ink into a deep interactive experience, which is integrated into the design of the space, and creates a refreshing humanistic art space.

有别于传统的售楼处，原建筑是由依附于小区人行主入口台阶上的两个长方形“盒子”和玻璃连廊构成，空间并不规整，高差巨大的台阶侵蚀掉很大一部分内部空间。

Unlike the traditional sales office, the original building is composed of two rectangular "boxes" and glass corridors attached to the steps of the pedestrian main entrance of the community. The space is not orderly, and the steps with huge height difference erode a large part of the interior space.

而条件的限制往往是触发设计师灵感的开关，原本只承担一二层交通动线功能的台阶，被改造为连接室内外的多维度、多功能的灰空间。

However, the restriction of conditions is often the switch that triggers designers’ inspiration. The steps that originally only bear the function of traffic lines on the first and second floors are transformed into a multi-dimensional and multi-functional grey space connecting indoor and outdoor.

沿阶而上的巨幕书墙和自由组合的座椅软榻，让这里成为了一个具有诚品书店般浓厚氛围感的阅读天地。

The large book wall along the steps and the free combination of soft seats make it a reading world with a strong atmosphere like Eslite Bookstore.

巨大的玻璃门窗和空气对流的开放式结构，将清风和阳光引入。设计师独具匠心的创意，将书卷化为流云般的艺术装置，萦绕在人的视线之上，飘逸灵动的绢，若隐若现的浮现着《论语》的经典段落。

The huge glass doors and Windows and the open structure of air convection bring in the breeze and sunshine. The designer has a unique creative idea to turn the scroll into an art installation like a cloud, which lingers over people’s sight. The elegant and clever silk, with the classic paragraphs of The Analects of Confucius appearing in the shadows.

即使手中的书卷摆在一旁不看，这里也是一个极好的休憩空间，放空思绪、观云观心、神游太虚。

Even if the scroll in his hand is placed aside, here is also a very good rest space, empty thoughts, view cloud view of the heart, the mind is too empty.

早在 2200 年前，秦始皇东巡“召文人登山”的佳话，已经让文登名动天下。“至今东鲁遗风在，十万人家读书声”，齐鲁大地崇文尚礼，“文登学”的美誉早已名扬四海。

As early as 2,200 years ago, the story of Emperor Qin Shi Huang’s visit to the east to "summon scholars to climb the mountain" has made Wenden’s name move the world. "So far in the east lu, hundreds of thousands of people reading sound", Qilu land worship wen Shang li, "wendeng learning" reputation has been widely known.

设计师以书墨的“墨”字作为悬挂图案，用《论语》学而篇作为巨型定制书本的内容，呼应「学仕名邸」的文化主题，彰显其深厚的人文氛围。

The designer uses the character "ink" of the book ink as the hanging pattern, and the book of The Analects of Confucius as the content of the huge customized book, echoing the cultural theme of "xue Shi Ming di", highlighting its profound humanistic atmosphere.

一阵微风拂过，桌面上的书页轻快地翻动，这个充满诗性美和动态美的场景，被设计师捕捉并凝固在了空间中。

A breeze blows, the pages on the desktop turn lightly, and this scene full of poetic beauty and dynamic beauty is captured and solidified in the space by the designer. The slightly lifted wall becomes a medium connecting reality and illusion, making the inanimate space suddenly have a sense of breathing. The unknown and mysterious are hidden behind the interface. Please relax and imagine, and the answer will be told to you on the next page.

无所不在的光影，将生命中最珍贵的部分，照耀地更加鲜明而清晰。正因有光的介入，明确而清晰的界限被柔和的光影所替代，视觉所能触及的温暖，让事物看似“连在了一起”，边界柔和而模糊。

The omnipresent light and shadow will shine the most precious part of life more vividly and clearly. Because of the intervention of light, the clear and clear boundary is replaced by soft light and shadow. The warmth that can be touched by the vision makes things seem "connected", and the boundary is soft and fuzzy.

整个空间也没有多余的装饰元素，只着力于将材料的本质展现，意图令人专注于感受建筑物的空间和光线。通过景观的设置，控制空间的节奏，让人在进行的过程中也能伴随着这种节奏感，拥有情绪沉淀和转换的心理空间。

There are no redundant decorative elements in the whole space, but only focus on showing the essence of materials. The intention is to make people focus on feeling the space and light of the building. By setting the landscape, the rhythm of the space is controlled, so that people can have a psychological space for emotional precipitation and transformation along with the rhythm of the process.

整面的玻璃墙，消弭了空间内外距离感，光作为连接现实与虚幻的媒介，营造出艺术无限延展的维度，足以让访客翱翔其中。

The entire glass wall eliminates the sense of distance between inside and outside the space. As a medium connecting reality and illusion, light creates an infinite extension of art dimension, enough for visitors to fly in.

毕业于大连理工大学建筑系，米兰理工大学设计管理硕士。建筑师出身，后专注于会所、售楼处、商业空间、别墅、样板房等专业室内设计和陈设设计领域。在她的带领下，其团队执行的室内设计项目多次荣膺国际国内室内设计最高荣誉，如意大利 A’ Design Award & Competition 铂金大奖，英国 SBID 国际设计大奖、IIDA(国际室内设计协会) 大奖、亚太地区年度最佳设计大奖，APSDA 亚太室内设计大奖赛，2016 AIDIA 亚洲室内设计竞赛、IID-ASC 学会奖、CIDA 中国室内设计大奖等各类专业奖项。
