长沙·卓越中寰项目坐落于千亿级湖南金融中心，是滨江新城的新地标。派尚设计在本项目中担纲了叠墅的设计。作为处于金融生态链中的国际化社区，本案的室内设计需要最大限度的融合大区整体建筑线条明朗的现代风格；同时在钢筋水泥都市丛林中，为居住者寻回一片都市桃花源、诗意栖居地。

Changsha · Excellence Zhonghuan Project is located in the financial center of Hunan Province, which is a new landmark of Binjiang New City. Paichamp Design is responsible for the design of stacked villas in this project. As an international community in the financial ecological chain, the interior design of this project needs to maximize the integration of the overall architectural lines of the region’s clear modern style; at the same time, in the reinforced concrete urban jungle, we can find an urban paradise and poetic dwelling place for the residents.

空间，不仅仅是为功能而生，也是一个具有生命力、更加流动的社会舞台。《空间诗学》中最精彩之处，莫过于对于亲密空间的描绘与想象。他指出家是人在世界的角落，庇护白日梦，也保护做梦者。家的意象反映了亲密、孤独、热情的意象。

Space, not only for function, is also a vitality, more mobile social stage. The most wonderful thing in "Spatial Poetics" is the depiction and imagination of intimate space. He points out that home is the corner of the world where people shelter daydreamers and also protect dreamers. The image of home reflects the image of intimacy, loneliness and passion.

在社交媒体逐渐操控人类社交模式的时代，面对面的交流正在变得越来越珍贵。而赋予厨房以社交属性，是本案的设计巧思：让客餐厅成为灵活多变的多元空间，可以在家庭聚餐、朋友酒会、亲子烘焙和手工活动、临时办公、读书会等各种活动中轻松转换，并将亲密空间的描绘与想象，渗透到居住着的日常。

In an era when social media is increasingly dominating human social patterns, face-to-face communication is becoming more and more precious. And giving social attribute to the kitchen is the case design of opportunely: let the guest restaurant become flexible multiple space, at the family dinner, friends, cocktail party, parent-child baking and manual, temporary office, symposiums and other activities in the easy conversion, and will close space of paints and imagination, permeates daily live.

烹饪是一种快乐，在追求厨房社交属性的当代，设计师将客餐厅不同部分的联系建立在流线带来的自由度上，并让区域之间有着互通逻辑的流线。

Cooking is a kind of happiness. In the contemporary era of pursuing the social attributes of the kitchen, the designer built the connection between different parts of the restaurant on the freedom brought by the flow line, and let the flow line between the areas have an interworking logic.

例如，超长岛台连结着入户电梯直达的双玄关系统、相对独立的客厅区域、270 度视野室内阳台、老人房。因此，在同一时空轴线下，这个既开放又独立的空间可以轻松地包裹容纳不同活动状态、不同年龄的居住者。

For example, the long island is connected to the double entryway system with the elevator, the relatively independent living area, the interior balcony with 270 degree view, and the elderly room. Therefore, under the same space-time axis, this open and independent space can easily accommodate occupants of different activity states and ages.

阳光灿烂的下午，当孩子们在被阳光包裹着的室内阳台区域嬉戏时，闺蜜们则可以慵懒的躺在客厅区域宽大的 L 型沙发上闲聊，但视线又可以轻松的照顾到游戏中的孩子，也可以轻松起身操作岛台区的厨电设备……

In the sunny afternoon, when the children are playing in the indoor balcony area wrapped by the sun, the girlfriends can lazily lie on the wide L-shaped sofa in the living room area for chatting, but the line of sight can easily take care of the children in the game, or can easily get up to operate the kitchen electricity equipment in the island area...

有一本英语世界中有极高评价的著作《哥德尔 埃舍尔 巴赫——集异璧之大成》，通过对哥德尔的数理逻辑，艾舍尔的版画和巴赫的音乐三者的综合阐述，让更多的人看到了数理逻辑的难以描述的美。这种美独特而恒久。我们在设计的逻辑演绎和对生活的精确表达中也一直追寻着这种理性之美。

There is a highly praised work in the English-speaking world, Godel Escherbach -- The Complete Integration of Different Elements. Through the comprehensive elaboration of Godel’s mathematical logic, Escher’s prints and Bach’s music, more people see the indescribable beauty of mathematical logic. This beauty is unique and enduring. We have been pursuing this kind of rational beauty in the logical deduction of design and the precise expression of life.

艺术家受到中国园林中的假山洞石的启发，在创作过程中大胆的将气体注入融化中的泡沫铝，创作出了这件独特的艺术品。它具有火山浮石般质感的美丽金属表面，又仿佛旷野中孤寂而神秘的闪耀着金属光泽的太空陨石。这种奇妙的组合以幻想为线索，结合了艺术与科技，让人游离在视觉与想象的幻术中。

Inspired by fake cave stones found in Chinese gardens, the artist boldly injected gas into molten aluminum foam to create this unique artwork. It has a beautiful metal surface like volcanic pumice texture, but also like the lonely and mysterious shining metallic space meteorite in the wilderness. This wonderful combination takes fantasy as the clue, combines art and technology, lets a person wander in the illusion of vision and imagination.

任何设计都将面临着生活必要性的课题，尤其我们正受着环境资源递减的挑战。本案的设计中，空间的材料的选择以科学美作为学后盾，以生活的必要性为前提。

Any design will be faced with the necessity of life, especially we are under the challenge of diminishing environmental resources. In the design of this case, the choice of the material of the space is backed by the beauty of science and based on the necessity of life.

设计师善于用光学技巧与几何学法则打造出带有自然、梦境与意念相糅合的空间场景。大面积的木饰面采用了弧形的设计，细节考究，加上四时不同光线的提炼，让空间界面浸润在阴影的交错与明暗之中，凸显出时间对于空间的意义。床头背景墙一轮灰色的月影，在光线充沛的白日，如同月之暗面一样安静的存在着。待到日暮时分缓缓亮起，为室内洒下安静皎洁的“月光”。

Designers are good at using optical techniques and geometric rules to create a spatial scene with a combination of nature, dreams and ideas. The large area of wood finishes adopts the curved design, and the details are exquisite. With the refinement of different lights at four times, the space interface is infiltrated in the crisscrossing and shading of shadows, highlighting the significance of time to space. The shadow of a grey moon on the background wall at the head of a bed is as quiet as the dark side of the moon in the daytime with abundant light. Stay until sunset time slowly bright, for indoor shed a quiet and bright "moonlight".

别墅二层定位为主人的私属空间，贴合别墅坡顶设计的弧线天花，将卧室的最高点抬至 3500mm，在充分利用空间的同时，优雅地包揽了 270°无敌视野的室外阳台所带来的优越景观。自然光顺着曲面的空间流入，将窗外花草、树木、流水、清风的影子带入室内。

The second floor of the villa is positioned as the owner’s private space, which is fitted to the curved ceiling of the villa slope design, lifting the highest point of the bedroom to 3500mm. While making full use of the space, it elegantly covers the superior landscape brought by the outdoor balcony with 270° invincible vision. Natural light flows in along the curved space, bringing the shadows of flowers, trees, water and breeze into the room.

在这个空间中，一切体验感受都被放大。书房中有 2700mm 的超大工作台面，还有丰富的陈列空间，以及 8㎡ 开放式布局的独立衣帽间。主卧、主卫、衣帽间和书房之间，都有着自由而灵活的隔断。

In this space, all experiences are magnified. The study has a 2700mm large working table, abundant display space, an independent cloakroom with an open layout of 8㎡, and a free and flexible partition between the master bedroom, master bathroom, cloakroom and study.

半透明的长虹玻璃隔墙使空间边界模糊，摆脱传统的以隔墙来控制布局的模式，使空间灵活多变，在保证私密性的同时，使空间更具动态与实用性。

Translucent long rainbow glass partition makes spatial boundary fuzzy, cast off the traditional mode that will control layout with partition, make the space is flexible and changeful, while ensuring private close sex, make the space has dynamic and practical more.
