本案是因“城侧有泉，莹媚如春，饮之宜人”，故名宜春的阳光城C区别墅，江西宜春享有“月亮之都”、“亚洲锂都”之称，先后获中国宜居城市、中国优秀旅游城市、全国绿化模范城市、国家森林城市等称号。之晏设计尊崇当地自然特色，遵守人与自然的和谐之道，汲取传统赣派建筑的精髓传承，以此为基本设计理念打造适合人类居住的美学空间。

赣派建筑以砖、木、石为主要材料，天井布局规划素有“四水归堂”美誉，遵守了赣派建筑开天门、闭地户天人合一的风水布局，在地下一层和二层之间挑空区，打造了贯通整个地下室空间的“天井"。既保证了空间的贯通，也解决了通风，让地下室空间干燥。通风、纳气。
