|知停.而行|蔡元培先生曾提出“以美育代宗教”，可见早在百年前，博古通今的学者便已知晓审美的意义。审美在当代社会中与社交、工作甚至学习等并列，都是至关重要的个人能力。

现代人对空间的追求已不止于舒适和美观，艺术与空间的交织融合已是趋势。这跟赛瑞迪普空间设计一直倡导的“对空间的思考转变为对艺术的思考，让艺术与人文美学融于空间、融于生活”的设计理念相契合。

This point relates to all aspects of today, modern people’s pursuit of space is not only comfortable and beautiful, the integration of art and space has been a trend. This is consistent with the design concept of "thinking about space turns to thinking about art, so that art and humanistic aesthetics can be integrated into space and life", which is always advocated by seridep space design.

在新光大样板间软装陈设设计上这条理念得到了很好的实践，艺术与人文关照下的当代空间，简约而优雅。三户样板间以豪宅为背景，面对精英财智阶层，空间在艺术性上更有升华，新的设计是堡垒亦是精神，更像是一种媒介，来赋予居住的人一种美好的生活愿景。

This idea has been well practiced in the soft decoration design between the new everbright model. The contemporary space under the care of art and humanity is simple and elegant. With a person of extraordinary ability as setting between 3 model, face elite wealth and wisdom estate, the space has sublimation more on artistic quality, new design is fortress also is spirit, resemble a kind of medium more, will gift the person that lives a kind of beautiful life vision.

A 户型

审美是没有限制的，如果看清“美”的本质，那抓住审美，便是抓住了艺术。

There is no limit to aesthetics. If we can see the essence of "beauty" clearly, then we should grasp aesthetics and grasp art.

定居这里的多是社会精英人群，因此个人喜好以及精神诉求多有不同，基于此，在这方生活美学空间里，打磨设计与工艺，同时融入艺术灵感与人文关怀就显得格外重要。

Most people who settle here are social elites, so there are many differences in personal preferences and spiritual demands. Based on this, it is particularly important to polish the design and technology in this life aesthetics space, and integrate artistic inspiration and humanistic care at the same time.

新光大 A 户型样板间在项目定位时，秉承“少则得、多则惑” 的极简主义理念，因为追求过多东西，往往什么也得不到，一切从简反而更充实，这使得最新设计干净而又大气。

New bright A model room in the project positioning, adhering to the "less, more is confused" minimalism concept, because the pursuit of too many things, often nothing, everything simple but more enriched, which makes the latest design clean and atmospheric.

设计师利用低调精英阶层对色彩的敏锐视角，以格调的的绅士灰为主色调，配以优雅白，稳重咖，加以点缀爱马仕橘。低奢和感性于不经意间传达至每一处，也让空间有着不同韵律的过渡。

Stylist USES low-key elite class to coloritic acute Angle of view, give priority to tonal with the gentleman gray of style, match with elegant white, sestable coffee, try to adorn hermes orange. Low luxury and sensibility inadvertently convey to each place, also let the space have a different rhythm of the transition.

项目从文化品位、生活礼仪、审美情趣的范畴建立沟通并且互相联动，这在建筑之外，形成了独立时空，使建筑有了灵魂。MINOTTI家具品牌的加持点缀，更为空间增添一份质感。

The project establishes communication and mutual linkage from the categories of cultural taste, life etiquette and aesthetic taste, which forms an independent space and time outside the architecture and gives the architecture a soul. The ornament of MINOTTI furniture brand adds a sense of texture to the space.

B户型

美的东西总有一种吸引力，但首先要去观察和体会，给自己提供一个相应的环境并且融入进去。听古乐，泛读书籍，欣赏大师画作，平常的生活就有了独特的审美格调。而审美能力决定生活品质，居住空间便是其体现之一。

Beautiful things always have a kind of attraction, but first to observe and experience, to provide themselves with a corresponding environment and blend in. Listening to ancient music, reading books extensively, and appreciating the paintings of masters, ordinary life has a unique aesthetic style. And aesthetic ability determines the quality of life, living space is one of its embodiment.

新光大 B 户型样板间，设计师尤为注重格调，在低奢摩登的质感基础上，侧重点偏向于传统风韵，这使得空间在现代匆忙的生活中，格外安静、典雅。

New bright B model room, designers pay special attention to style, on the basis of low luxury and modern texture, focus on traditional charm, which makes the space in the modern hurried life, especially quiet, elegant.

赛瑞迪普提取中国传统文化的精华，注入日常生活之中，通过空间氛围的营造，传递出一种现代东方风格和简约灵气之美。

Sereep extracts the essence of Chinese traditional culture and infuses it into daily life. Through the creation of space atmosphere, it conveys the beauty of modern Oriental style and simple aura.

“少则得、多则惑”的设计理念在此空间得到了秉持和延续，这一点与传统东方美学相一致。自古以来，中国多崇尚极简主义，美不在表而在意境，尤其宋代更是达到全民皆‘简’，这也是中国审美的一个巅峰。

The design concept of "less is more, more is more confused" has been upheld and continued in this space, which is consistent with the traditional Oriental aesthetics. Since ancient times, China mostly advocates minimalism, and the beauty is not in the expression but in the artistic conception, especially the song dynasty is to achieve all the people ’Jane’, which is also a peak of Chinese aesthetics.

整体空间儒雅、宁静，色调朴素而又温馨和谐，讲述了一种‘隐’于市的生活态度：聚‘富’、露‘贵’、透‘雅’、明‘贤’，能从清淡中感受出欢愉，必是将繁杂进行了过滤，这种境界便是‘简’。

Overall space Confucianism, quiet, simple and warm and harmonious tone, tells the story of a ’hidden’ in the city of life attitude: gather ’rich’, lu ’expensive’, through ’elegant’, Ming ’xian’, can feel from light in the joy, must be multifarious filter, this state is’ Jane’.

The designer creates a simple and fashionable space experience and a rich life journey with artistic style for the residents. This is a noble and quiet modern "art" living, is a kind of exclusive fashion in contemporary women’s way of life.

以文化艺术为魂的新光大中心Art Park9公寓，空间自有气度，场所自由精神。其存在，令城市生活更有温度和态度。整体设计以张弛有度的节奏，以生生不息的生长姿态，以繁华都市为背景，辅以设计感家具灯具，精细挑选的中西书籍，芳香四溢的咖啡气息，舒缓的流淌音乐，共同构成一处混搭东西方文化的艺术空间，营造出精致的生活氛围。
