上海青浦区体育文化活动中心

青浦体育文化活动中心位于上海市青浦区新城一站大型居住社区，以满足举办全国性赛事、国际性单项赛事要求的同时，兼顾周边社区的体育文化活动诉求。传统的体育场馆有着符号化的庞大封闭的体量和固有形象，单一功能的体育馆往往在体育赛事间隔期因缺少赛事支撑而形成场所闲置的状态，带来巨大的场馆空置运营费用。本项目尽管在规模上定位为上海的区级体育中心，但在功能上强调专业化与社区化的结合与平衡，增强社区属性，以“内紧外松”的姿态融入周边的大型居住区。

Qingpu Sports and Culture Center is located at a mass housing community in Shanghai Qingpu New Town. The building is aimed to hold national sports events, international individual championship as well as to meet daily sports and cultural needs. Traditional stadiums share a rigid symbolic image and large enclosed volume. Single-function-oriented stadiums are often idle due to lack of support during the interval between sports events, resulting in huge vacant operating costs. Although the project is positioned as a district-level sports center in Shanghai in terms of scale, it emphasizes the combination and balance of professionalization and communitization in terms of function in order to enhance communal attributes and make the building integrated into the surrounding large-scale residential areas.

在体育馆内部，强调场馆的功能核，主场馆大厅和训练馆以专业的体育建筑标准设计建造；在外部，体育文化中心在城市界面不设围墙，红线范围内用地开放给公众，场地内部不设明确的建筑出入口界面，仅将主赛场核心空间作为相对封闭管理的区域。

Inside the stadium, the functional core of the stadium is emphasized via professional construction of the main stadium hall and training hall; outside, the center opens itself to the city by releasing the land within the red line for public activities. Moreover, there is no clear interface marking the entrance and exit of the building except for the core space of the main stadium wrapped within walls.

在建筑当中引入了一条贯穿其中的半室外绿色运动轴，植入全民健身运动项目，并将各个运动空间予以串联。这些半室外交往空间在赛时期间为场馆提供疏散和辅助服务功能，在平时为社区居民提供全民健身空间，以此形成室内外空间的交汇，全面提升体育场馆的空间品质，达到渐次展开的丰富空间层次。

A semi-outdoor green sports axis is introduced into the building, which is implanted with various fitness programs and connects different sports districts of the building. These semi-outdoor spaces for communication provide evacuation and auxiliary services for the stadiums during game time, while also providing surrounding residents with a fitness space. It also forms the intersection of indoor and outdoor space, thus comprehensively improving the spatial quality of the stadiums and gradually enriching the expanded spatial hierarchy.

所有的半室外空间即使在闭馆期间也全部对外开放，建筑的体量在多个层级得到削减，以日常的尺度融入周边的社区生活。主场馆大厅共4000座，其中近2000座为活动座椅，通过分区域调节可灵活满足多种日常文化休闲功能，以及多级别体育赛事的场地需求，充分提高场馆的日常使用率。

All semi-outdoor spaces are open to the public even during the closing period, and the volume of the building has been reduced at multiple levels to integrate into the surrounding community life on a daily scale. The main stadium hall has a total of 4,000 seats, of which nearly 2,000 are active seats. Through temporal adjustments, it can flexibly meet the needs of a variety of daily cultural and leisure functions, as well as venues for multi-level sports events, which fully increases the daily utilization rate of the venues.

由于地处江南，体育馆在设计时力求立足本土建筑语言，融入当地建筑语境，期望打造专属于青浦地区的体育文化中心。项目汲取庭院文化思想，将各主要功能体量打散，主赛场空间的外界面虚透化，并在其中植入院落空间和绿化，综合解决了赛场空间的自然通风和采光、能源损耗、维护保养等问题。

As it is located in Jiangnan district, the stadium strives to be based on the local architectural language and integrate into the local architectural context, hoping to create a sports and cultural center exclusively in Qingpu. The project draws the idea of courtyard. It breaks up the main functional masses, visualizes the external interface of the main stadium space, and implants courtyard with greenery, which comprehensively solves natural ventilation and lighting, energy consumption and other maintenance issues.

将建筑的主入口功能关系以及主场馆内部空间的剖面关系予以外化呈现，结合场地的开放度和周边景观资源，将西北角和东南角屋面做起翘处理，飘逸隽永的线条在河道边缓缓起伏，以表达江南建筑的飞檐意向。基地东侧与南侧为环城水系，在设计场地时沿河道布局绿化健身步道，为市民营造亲水空间。

Via exposing the main entrance and the cross-sectional relationship of the internal space, the building combines the openness of the site with the surrounding landscape resources. It raises northwest and southeast corners of the roof, making the elegant and timeless lines to express the image of eaves in Jiangnan architecture. The east and south sides of the site are surrounded by the water system around the city. When designing the site, green fitness trails are laid out along the river to create a water-friendly space for the citizens.

立面肌理的构造设计传承水墨艺术的特征，实现张弛有度的文化氛围，采用竖向双层陶棍幕墙，将幕墙结构隐于双层陶棍之间，无论从建筑外部向内还是内部灰空间向外观看，单元化的虚透界面均呈现墨迹晕染的艺术效果。自然生动，层次丰富，进一步消解体育馆在环境中的体量。

The tectonic design of the facade inherits the characteristics of ink art and realizes a relaxed cultural atmosphere.

体育馆主场馆大厅屋面采用张弦梁结构，室内顶部将结构构件予以部分暴露，并采用竖向线条将结构设备予以整合，与外立面元素相呼应，内外共同形成轻盈灵动的东方意蕴。

The roof of the main stadium hall adopts a beam string structure with its indoor ceiling partially exposed. The ceiling is integrated with structural equipment by vertical lines, which echoes the elements of the exterior facade, forming a light and smart oriental connotation together inside and outside.
