只要给与学生足够的自由和尊重，在学生自己设立的逻辑关系下，和他们一起思考和讨论，两个月一共七次课，中国的建筑设计学生会呈现出出色的创意和完成度。在短暂的两个月高强度设计作业过程，学生不仅要颠覆以往课程的设计思维方式，挖掘创意，并且要发展出完整的设计逻辑去支撑设计过程，每节课每个同学都需要有二十分钟的演讲和讨论，并且还要自学各种软件。但是对于学生好玩的地方也许是这门课上并没有对与错，也不会有中国老师常见的家长式权威。我们认为这样的授课方式有利于培养学生的创造力和设计技术。——课程指导老师申江海

Given enough freedom and respect, think and discuss with students under their logic, Chinese architecture students will show excellent creativity and completeness after 7 lessons in 2 month. In the short two-month high-intensity course process, students not only need to rethink how to design, care about creativity, but also need to develop a complete design logic to support the design process. Every student have to give a 20 minutes presentation and discuss every lesson, and they also need to learn various software by themselves. But what is interesting to students is that there is no right or wrong judgment in this course, and there is no paternalistic authority that is very common to Chinese tutors. In this picture, I used the technique of line draft perspective to show the structure and working logic of the whole building. The whole huge building is both like a sculpture and a machine, operating according to the survival logic of different worlds. On the right side, I analyzed the process of human migration and extinction.

这张图着重表现了上部的能源池的面貌，建筑顶部的坑洞里蕴藏着异世界最宝贵的生存资源，进驻这里的人类，搭建房屋，铺设管道来攫取资源。但是，当顶部荷载过重时，能源池坍塌，能源外泄，造成系统崩溃，许多满怀贪念的人也最终会沉入池底。能源池的外壁设计借鉴了角斗场的造型，预示着一场即将发生的悲剧。

This image focuses on the upper part of the energy pool. The pit on the top of the building contains the world’s most valuable living resources. But when the top loads too much, the energy pool collapses, the energy leaks out, and the system collapses, and many greedy people end up at the bottom. The design of the outer wall of the energy pool draws lessons from the shape of the gladiator field, which indicates a tragedy about to happen.

2.逆世界 Upside Down学生：王沐霖 Student：Wang Mulin

五维时空下，所有的时间线都在同一个空间内重叠，呈现出复合态。这在五维生命体来说司空见惯，但对四维生命体却是无法想象的。时间在本模型下成为了一个二维变量，使得空间形态更加变幻莫测。尝试表达五维时空的模样时，参数家设计与这种多变性的设定不谋而合，给建模提供了可能。

In five-dimensional space-time, all the time lines overlap in the same space, presenting a composite state. It is common for five-dimensional organisms, but unimaginable in four-dimensional organisms. Time becomes a two-dimensional variable in this model, which makes the spatial form more unpredictable. When trying to express the appearance of five-dimensional space and time, the parametric design coincides with the setting of such variability, which provides the possibility of modeling.

The world we live in is a three-dimensional space and a one-dimensional time, called four-dimensional space-time. It’s easy to perceive and understand lower-dimensional things, but at the same time we keep asking: what should a higher-dimensional world look like? Suppose there is a stable binary system in the universe, one of which is in four-dimensional space-time, the other is in five-dimensional space-time, and the two are relatively static and revolve around the star as a system. Under such a system, what should the five-dimensional world look like to a four-dimensional human eye?

站在四维星球的土地上抬头仰望五维时空，近在咫尺又遥不可及。无数个建筑在表达的是无数个时间的分支，它们在同一个空间下重合，又创造出无数种不同的结果。

Standing on the four-dimensional planet’s land looked up at five dimensional space-time, close and distant. Countless buildings express numerous branches of time, they overlap in the same space and create countless different results.

在相对静止的双星系统中，各自世界上的建筑由于其星球重力，屹立在所属星球的土地上。然而对于另一个星球的生命体而言，就是一个颠倒的逆世界。维度的差距意味着认识限度的差距，高维度其实是无法被低维度所理解的。连接两个星球的通天塔的本质是一个跨维虫洞，因为两者的距离不是两点间线段的长度，而是跨越维度的距离。

In a relatively static binary system, the buildings of their respective worlds stand on the ground of their planets due to gravity. For another planet’s organisms, however, it is an upside down world. The gap of dimensions means the difference of cognitive limits. The higher dimensions cannot be understood by the lower dimensions. The sky tower that connects two planets is essentially a cross-dimensional wormhole because the distance between them is not the length of the line segment between two points but the distance across dimensions.

异托邦

曾在知乎上看过精神病患者的自白，也曾被《飞越疯人院》中的麦克墨菲深深的感动过，我觉得这（精神病领域）是一个未被众人熟知的领域。如果我们对精神病多一些了解，我们就可以去降低一些患病的几率，可以去尝试帮助他们。

哲学家福柯曾经提出“异托邦”的概念，它是反乌托邦，因为异托邦来源于社会真实的景象。某种程度上，异托邦可以说是社会负面空间的集合。那么我就在想，我要创造一个异托邦，被我们这些正常人所害怕、不解甚至嫌弃的一群人，这个空间是属于他们的。其实很多精神病人的精神世界是很丰富的，他们有自己独特的世界观和见解，像《天才在左 疯子在右》里面，很多观点是吸引人且有趣的。然而这些奇思妙想的主人的身体，大多被禁锢在白色建筑的几平米病房甚至床上。基于现实的不堪，我又在想，这个属于他们的世界，这个异托邦是不是不要局限于病人的行为，不要局限于真实的实体空间，而是更多的发掘他们神奇的精神世界？

The philosopher Foucault once put forward the concept of “heterotopia”, which is dystopia because it comes from the real scene of society. To some extent, heterotopia is a collection of negative social spaces. So I was thinking, I want to create a heterotopia, a group of people that we normal fear, don’t understand or even dislike, that space belongs to them.

In fact, many mental patients have a rich mental world, they have their own unique world view and view, like “genius in left, nutter in right”, many views are attractive and interesting. However, most of these fantastic owners are confined to white buildings in a few square meters of wards or even beds. Based on the terrible reality, I think, this world, this heterotopia is not confined to the behavior of patients, not confined to the real physical space, but more to explore their magical spiritual world?

自闭症，参考电影《海洋天堂》。在正常的社会中，男孩活的比较窘迫，不会与人相处。但是他最喜欢水，在水中来去自如，喜欢淋雨、游泳甚至洗澡这样与水有关的一切。希望他永远徜徉在他最爱的蓝色世界。

Autism, refer to the movie “Ocean Paradise”. In a normal society, boy are living embarrassed and could not get along with others. But he likes water best. He likes everything about water, like rain, swimming and even bathing. I hope he will forever enjoy in his favorite blue world.

嗜睡症与失眠症，参考电影《失眠笔记》。失眠症和嗜睡症是一对情侣，我将他们比作童话里的王子和睡美人。由于睡眠的缺失或失调，他们的时间感与常人截然不同，男生则像一个骑士，对抗恶龙，想要夺回睡眠，并吻醒自己沉睡的姑娘。

Narcolepsy and insomnia, refer to the film “Insomnia Notes”. Insomnia and somnolence are a couple. I compare them to a prince and a sleeping beauty in a fairy tale. Because of the lack or disorder of sleep, their sense of time is quite different from that of ordinary people. Boy acts a knight, fighting evil dragons, trying to regain sleep and kissing the sleeping girl.

4. LOVE IS LOVE

同性社会——对待同性恋群体错误态度的讽刺演绎

在异性恋绝对正确的社会中，LGBT群体像个冒着几点火星的半湿爆竹，人们心存些许好奇地围观试探，却又避之不及地躲开这危险的东西。无法寻找到自己所属的标签的LGBT群体，活在世人亦或是好奇，亦或是诧异，甚至是歧视的眼光之下。通过建筑的语言将一些负面的社会现象放大地表现出来，带我们反思自己对待LGBT群体的行为与态度。

In a society where heterosexuality is absolutely right, the LGBT community is like a semi-wet firecracker. People are curious about it, but they avoid it. The LGBT group, unable to find its own label, lives in the world’s curiosity, surprise and even discrimination. Through the language of architecture, some negative social phenomena are magnified, which leads us to reflect on our behavior and attitude towards LGBT group.

整个建筑中描绘了各种各样的场景，有用暗色调表达的负面空间，比如在阴暗的空间带着好奇观察他们的世人，在地下实验室伤害他们的医生，利用LGBT文化谋取利益的店铺。在这些负面的空间中，人们或多或少地传达了对LGBT人群的错误理解，让他们更加难以获得正确的对待。但是，在多彩的正面空间中所有的人和睦的生活在一起。经过不懈的努力与争取，在电梯没有到达的最上部人们终于建立了另一个开放平等的理想社会，所有人都在这里获得了幸福。归根结底，我们每一个人，都不应该成为异类，希望我们每个人共同努力，建立起一个对性少数群体更加友好与平等的社会。

Brave new world

基因编辑婴儿的出生让我好奇人类是否想要像育种动物一样选育人类。这样的设想早在阿道司·赫胥黎的《美丽新世界》中就有描述：人类在“孵化与设置中心”里被“加工”出生，出生之前就已被设置成五个不同的等级，基因设定让他们安于在自己的阶级中度过一生。这个世界的格言是“社会、身份、稳定”。

我构想了一个美丽新世界之城，在这里人类企图成为造物主，人类用有限的思维来抹杀世界多样性，用自然创造的生命内核——“基因”来创造一种能为人类大脑所理解的低级的秩序。无论这里的人被编辑为哪一个阶级，都只不过是试管烧瓶里的实验品。

The birth of genetically edited babies makes me wonder if humans want to breed humans like animals. This idea was described in Adols Huxley’s “Brave New World”: humans were “processed” in “incubation and setup centers” and were set to five different levels before they were born. Gene settings allowed them to live in their own class without thinking about it. The motto of the world is “Society, Identity, Stability”.

I conceived a brave new world city, where human beings attempt to become the Creator. Human beings use limited thinking to erase the diversity of the world, and use the “gene” which is the core of life created by nature to create a low-level order that can be understood by human brain. The Circus of War

战争是和平的间隙，存在于战争中的残酷伴随着整个人类文明史。随着世界大战的爆发，马戏团由鼎盛走向衰落，马戏表演成为了让被战争折磨的人暂时忘却痛苦的麻醉剂，也因此染上了沉重与疯狂。而战争在某种角度来说就是一场盛大的表演，一场冠冕堂皇的作秀，少数人为了隐藏在幕布之后的利益操纵着战局，指挥着军队，口号响亮，而战争中的士兵、平民，不论是作为演员还是观众，在战争的大背景下都只能身不由己的扮演着自己的角色。

我们的城市看起来安宁有序，人们都在为各自的生活奔波忙碌。实际上每个人心底都藏着自己的欲望，城市也有着表里不一的形态。当有一天所有人都梦想成真，这会是一个更好还是更坏的世界？在城市表里的不同形态中，在社会文明的开放与约束之间，我们需要找到一个平衡。

Seven evils are transformed into different urban forms, which is an absurd world.

在2030年的某天，一波觉醒的AI制造了这样一个人类的“乐园”，人们在这里甚至不用行走，不用动脑，只用享乐，因为任何所求AI都能给人类提供，但人类需要做的唯一的条件就是定期去到核心区域修复和更新设备。

人类是有创造力却又趋向慵懒的生物，这正是AI利用的地方，利用其慵懒引人进来，利用其创造力来繁衍AI大军。系统里的人类是最卑微的存在，他们看似享乐，实质生活在管线中，被圈在罐子里，无法出去，而AI不仅可以渗透进系统的每一个角落，还去到系统以外任意空间不受约束。

One day in 2030, a wave of awakened AIs created such a ” paradise” for human beings, where people don’t even have to walk and think. The only thing they can do is to enjoy themselves, because the AIs have provided to human beings everything they want, but the only condition that human beings need to do is to go to the core area regularly to repair and update equipment.Human beings are creative but tend to be lazy creatures. This is exactly where AI uses them, using their laziness to attract people, and using their creativity to multiply AI troops…Human seem to enjoy themselves, but they actually live in pipelines, unable to go out. While AI can not only penetrate into every corner of the system, but also go to any space outside the system without constraint..

15.爱筑Love Building

2018年结婚率逐年走低，促进和帮助年轻人进行正当的交往成了值得注意的任务。

本方案的目标在于在城市中建立一个能促进进入其中的适龄单身男女相互接近并产生感情的场所，同时这个场所也能让情侣们在其中约会。

Till the year of 2018, the marriage rate is declining year by year. Promoting and helping young people to engage in proper communication has become a noteworthy task.

Given changes in hormone levels before and after a person’s love, divide the coexistence into three stages: desire, attract and reliance.

基于人在恋爱前后激素水平的变化，可以将相处分成欲望阶段，诱惑阶段，依赖阶段三个阶段。依照这三个阶段，形成独特的空间序列，循序渐进地帮助进入建筑的男女陷入爱河。

According to these three stages, form a unique spatial sequence. Help people who step into the building to fall in love step by step.

Living with devil

人类从来没有停止过寻找栖息地的脚步。冰立方是一台位于南极的中微子探测器并计划能工作很久，然而在2017年的伟大发现之后，它数据的准确性却显著下降了。科学家在数十年后的一次例行检查中发现有大量未知的红色溢出物在它周边。然而经过科学家的研究，发现那其实是一种扁虫的变种，可能是2017那次高能的中微子使它发生了变异变得巨型化。面对日益增长的陆地使用需求，一位疯狂的科学家想把它作为人们生活在海洋中的载体，并对其进行改造，以提高生活质量。

Human beings never stop seeking new places for living, South Pole included. The IceCube Neutrino Observatory is a detector for the deep rays in the space located there and designed for working for decades. However, it seems that the sensor goes downhill after a great discovery, resulting in the worse accuracy of the data. Decades after that, spills of the Unidentified Split Object are found around the original equipment during a routine inspection. When scientists analysed the DNA of the creature, they discovered that it was a mutant of the Platyhelminthes and that its DNA fragments had been supersized by energetic neutrinos decades earlier. Faced with increasing land use constraints, a mad scientist wanted to use it as a carrier for people to live in the ocean and modify it for better living quality.
