鑫稞联合办公空间

鑫稞共设计了东西两个入口，东侧主大堂空间，主要承担接待问询的功能，地面做了大型的棋盘和零散的棋子，寓意“职场如博弈”，西侧为辅入口，主要是工作人员上下班出入方便，整体设计与东侧相呼应。

Xinfang has designed a total of two entrances to the East and West, and the main lobby space on the East side. It mainly undertakes the function of receiving inquiries. The ground has made large chessboards and scattered pieces, which means "the workplace is like a game" and the West side is an auxiliary entrance. It is mainly for staff. Easy to get in and out of work, The overall design echoes with the East side.

设计师在出入口临近的位置做了茶水吧、休闲区和洽谈区，并且把几个区域用拱形门洞串联起来，又利用拱形把需要比较私密安静的办公空间隔在拱形之外。动静分离的布置，一方面让视觉点更集中，一方面也便于后期的运营管理。

The designer made tea bars, leisure areas and negotiation areas near the entrance and exit, and connected several areas with arched door holes, and used arches to separate the office space that required more privacy and quiet outside the arch. The arrangement of the separation of movement and movement, on the one hand, allows the visual points to be more concentrated, and on the other hand, it is also convenient for the later operation and management.

会议室为改造空间，位于东西两侧的中间区域，方便每个办公室开会及接待。原会议室是并排两间的经理室，烤漆玻璃位置为800*800mm的柱子，在保留原有基础的结构上，设计师做了整体墙面的调整。

The conference room is a converted space and is located in the middle area on the East and west sides to facilitate meetings and receptions in each office. The original conference room was a manager's room with two rooms side by side. The painted glass was located at a column of 800 * 800mm. In the structure that retained the original foundation, the designer made adjustments to the overall wall.

主体走廊和大堂呼应，棋盘、棋子装饰在其中。在鑫稞办公空间中，后期装饰造价也是设计考虑的一部分，因为办公区在整个大楼的负一层，为了保证每间办公室的采光和通透，设计师考虑用玻璃隔幕墙及玻璃门作为突破，对于100间的办公室，门套及踢脚线的价格也是相当不菲的，设计师最后决定用欧松板及镀钛拉丝收边条完成，即节约又美观。

The main corridor echoes with the lobby, where chessboards and chess pieces are decorated. In Xinba office space, the later decoration cost is also part of the design consideration, because the office area is on the negative floor of the entire building. In order to ensure the lighting and penetration of each office, the designer considers the use of glass walls and glass doors as breakthroughs. For more than 100 offices, the price of door covers and kicks is also quite expensive. In the end, the designer used Ousongban and titanium coated wire to finish the edge bar, which is economical and beautiful.
