春秋大观 MAINGATEENTRANCE

春秋文化百家争鸣，“崇礼”礼观春秋文化，将其百家争鸣的文化氛围，引入到场地空间中，运用酒店式的空间尺度展示入口景观的仪式感和尊贵感。

The Spring and Autumn culture, hundred schools of thought. According to the Spring and Autumn culture annotated the concept “Respect etiquette”, the design introduces its cultural atmosphere of a hundred schools of thought into the site space and using the hotel-style spatial scale to demonstrate the sense of ceremony and dignity of the entrance landscape.

项目周边城市界面较为凌乱，为了给项目提供较好的形象展示面，利用 60m 的城市展开界面，设计运用现代简约的手法打造，在提升项目整体的精致度气质的同时，从周边凌乱的环境中突围。中央处结合圆形水景，暗喻天圆地方，内藏传统中式哲学。

In order to provide a better display surface for the project, the overall design takes a 60meters urban unfolding surface, which uses a modern minimalist approach to break out from the surrounding messy environment and enhance the overall quality and sophistication of the project. Combined with a circular waterscape, the central scenery metaphor to “round sky and square earth” and concealing the traditional Chinese philosophy.

迎松凝翠 WELCOMING PINE GREEN

《常州奏甘露降松树表》树根枝叶，沾洒皆遍，洁白凝互，味同饴蜜，馀溜滴地，委积成泥。以松之雅型，营造酒店式入口体验空间。

《常州奏甘露降松树表》The roots and branches of the pine trees had being sprinkled with dew, which condensed into white drops of water that tasted as sweet as honey. And then it flowed down to the ground and melted into the soil. The design create hotel-style portal experience space with the elegant shape of pine.

进入酒店式落客的内厅，特选的乌桕组合水景，内含一池三山传统造园手法，透过顶部的开孔，阳光斑驳地透过开孔处洒落在庭内，隔离外界的嘈杂城市的喧嚣，让客户沉浸其中。

Entering the hotel-style lobby, our team specially selected the Tallow to combinate waterscape, including a pond and three mountains traditional gardening techniques. Through openings, the mottled sunlight spills in the courtyard, and isolates the noisy city from the outside world.

书影光隧 BOOK SHADOW lIGHT TUNNEL

连廊的设计简约而不简单，散发光感而不过于通透，轻盈中承载着历史的积淀，书随影动，光映长廊。

The design of the corridor is simple but not simple and emitting light but not too permeable. There is the accumulation of history carried in the light. The book moves with the shadow, the light reflects the corridor.

进入光影搭配着树影的艺术光廊，飞流而下的瀑布搭配着张开双臂的雕塑作为视觉对景。悠长的通道中，阵列排布的景墙形成序列感。

Entering the art gallery of light which include the shadows of light and trees. The flowing down waterfall is paired with a sculpture equipped open arms as a visually opposite scene. In the long path, the array of scenic walls constitutes a sense of sequence.

售楼处入口结合玻璃砖，墙面纵横交错，呈现丰富的层次感，整体既通透明亮，又营造一种影影绰绰的朦胧氛围，让每一位到访客户感受梦幻般的交互体验。

The entrance of the sales office is combined with glass bricks, and the walls are crisscrossed, showing a rich sense of hierarchy. The whole is transparent and bright, and creates a shadowy and hazy atmosphere, so that every visiting customer can experience a fantastic interactive experience.

水境雅苑 WATERFRONT ELEGANT COURT

静水面倒映着建筑的影子，一页“书”角微微卷起是宁静水面上的一抹灵动，捧一本书，静心置坐，生活是如此的轻松惬意。以稳重的黑色灰色为基调，装饰精致小品与林荫绿植，水苑动静结合，回望销售中心的主体仿佛浮于水面之上，高低错落的植物搭配带来林间自然的气息，仿佛置身于静谧的森林之中让客户身临其境。

The shadow of the building is reflected in the quiet water. One page corner is slightly rolled up as if it is a touch of ripple on the quiet water. After a sunny afternoon, people can sit with a book and meditate silently. Life here is so comfortable and relaxing. With a steady black and gray tone, the water garden is decorated with exquisite elements and greenery under forest. It is a combination of activity and inertia. Standing in the water garden and looking back the main body of the sales office, it seems as if it is floating on the water. The high and low staggered plants bring the natural atmosphere of the forest. Customers can feel that they are in the quiet forest personally.

密婉幽居 SECLUDED RESIDENCE

青葱里听到一声蝉鸣，静谧的雅致居所，带给人们安宁与恬静。穿过水苑，走过后场的光映长廊，来到样板间空间，这里是未来的大区品质的展现。设计希望体现出酒店般的度假生活体验，通过丰富的植物和精致的水景的营造，让客户感受到低调却又有格调的生活氛围。

Hearing a cicada in the summer night, the quiet and elegant residence brings peace and tranquility to people. Through the water garden and walking through the light-reflecting passage in the backyard, people come to the model space. This place represents the quality of the future residential area. The design hopes to reflect the hotel-style vacation experience. Through the creation of abundant plants and delicate waterscape, customers can feel the low-key but stylish living atmosphere.
