周末别墅变身记 | 北京 W 住宅

这是一栋利用原有单层平房改建和加建而成的周末别墅。原有的结构为砖混单层坡顶，现在将原有坡顶去掉，利用原来的墙体和新加设的轻型木结构墙体，加建为一个局部三层的混合结构房屋。由于基地周围环境较为凌乱，所以将首层设计为不怕打扰的木工工房，将居住的功能提升到能够看到西侧果园和农田景观的二层，三层设计了两个阁楼空间和户外平台。住宅的内部功能分成几个平台，沿着围绕二层中庭螺旋上升的流线展开，从一楼的工房，到二层的餐厅，起居室，厨房，最后到三层的阁楼和户外平台。平台间的高差设计成使得有些台面既是地板又是宽大的坐席，可以自然地席地而坐，给人一种轻松自在的氛围。

This is a weekend house built from the renovation and expansion of a small single-storybuilding. The original building is brick structure with slope roof. Now we take away theold roof and change it into three stories by making use of original brick walls andadding new light wooden structure walls. Since the surrounding environment is relativelymessy, we put wood workshop which is not so private on the first floor, and lift the livingfunctions on to the second floor from where the orchard and farmland on the west canbe seen. The third floor consists two lofts and an outdoor terrace. The functions areorganized as a series of platforms, from workshop on first floor, then dining room, livingroom, kitchen on second floor, finally to loft and terrace on third floor, spiraling up thetwo-story high atrium. The height differences between the platforms are determined in away that some of the terraces are floors as well as big seats where people can sitleisurely to form a very casual atmosphere.
