棋盘上的东方哲学——米兰三年展冥想空间“回合”

第21届米兰三年展以“21st century. Design after Design”为主题在意大利米兰开幕。CROX闊合总监林琮然受米兰三年展及心加设计学社委任，成为达芬奇科技博物馆主场馆冥想空间策展人，并创作设计3*3m的独立空间装置回合。运用设计突破吊顶的实用领域，往艺术领域探索。将27块透明的PC耐力板上方布满书法，展现“对弈”与“书法”等东方传统文化与哲学。

三年展宣传片与冥想空间搭建过程/Triennale Display and Meditation Space Construction 

The 21st session of Milan Triennale International Exhibition opened officially in Milan, Italy, with the theme of "21st century. Design after Design". C. R. Lin, the design director of CROX, has became the curator of the main stadium meditation space called Museo della Scienza e della Tecnologia Leonardo da Vinci and the designer of a 3*3m independent space device called "Innings", appointed by Milan Triennale and the Heart + Design League. "Innings" used design to explore the art field of suspended ceilings, breaking through the practical field. It filled the 27 pieces of transparent PC sheets with Chinese calligraphy, to show the traditional oriental culture and philosophy. 

概念拼贴/ Concept Collage 

方寸的棋盘和黑白的棋子蕴含丰富的东方文化和哲学内涵。举棋落子的回合较量中，充满着人生的遐思。

The square chessboard and black and white chesses reflect the rich Oriental culture and philosophy. Rounds of the game contain so much imagination of life.

概念轴侧图/ Axonometric Concept Diagram 

对弈者，摆脱俗世名利之纷扰，在棋局中冥想过往与当下。

Components get rid of the disturbance of the material world, and meditate the past and the present moment during the game.

效果图/ Prespective 

空间装置用多层次的片段具象展示了下棋者情绪的不同境界。

The decoration of the space displays the different states of emotion of the players by using multi-level fragments.

材料表面上则布满书法古字，如环绕心间的古训随思绪渺远。

The surface of the material is carved with old Chinese sayings.

展区中央透明的棋盘，仿佛看空一切后静待波声回合树苍苍。

The transparent chessboard in the middle of the exhibition area looks peaceful and full of wisdom.

作品由26块透明的PC耐力板精心分层而置，以此表达自然界中风吹动的瞬间状态。

Twenty six pieces of transparent PC board were elaborately layered out, expressing a natural moment that light sheets are blowing off by wind.

每层薄板的中部被掏空，一个边角的扬起向公众提供了一个入口。

The space composed by the layers was hollowed in the middle, and one corner was lifted up to provide an entrance to the public.

让参观者得以在一个半开合的空间里游走、体会。

A semi-open space was created for people to occupy and feel.

中国古书法写在透明板上，转换而成的立体半透明的空间，呈现出一种若影若现的浮动感。

The Chinese calligraphy printed on the boards turned the material into translucent condition

that conceptualized a kind of looming experience in this translucent space.
