客餐厅

Living Room & Dining Room

感知自己 遨游时光

设计，是人对于生活、空间最直接的情绪表达。从玄关至餐厅再到客厅，并未对空间进行具象的分割，而是通过自然而然的过渡，将相异区域构筑出独立又依存的关系。将多种材质与不同肌理进行创造融合，形成空间“统一”与“变化”的辉映。

"Design is the most direct emotional expression of life and space." From the porch sitting room to the dining room again, no specific division of the space was carried out, but through natural transition, different areas were built to form a relationship of independence and dependence. A variety of materials and different textures are created and fused to form a "unity" and "change" reflection of the space.

餐厅遵循着“烟火缱绻，三餐可期”的设计理念，动线流畅完整，方便居住者于其间浅尝生活的旖丽与美食的香气。设计上注重“和而不同”，从共同营造舒心愉快的就餐场景出发，以人为本，多维度地诠释居住者理想的生活。

Dining-room is following "firework is tender, three meals can period" design concept, move line fluent and complete, convenient habitant at meantime shallow taste the charming beauty of life and the aroma of gastronomy. The design pays attention to "harmony but difference", starting from jointly creating a comfortable and happy dining scene, people-oriented, multidimensional interpretation of the ideal life of residents.

客厅的用色如云似影，经典的设计与现代的风情在这里交融碰撞，圆润流畅的线条和温润轻盈的视觉效果让你被柔软慢慢治愈。且慢，坐在这边“等待”一番，等待着，等待着，不知不觉间，就会感受到空间的温柔，以及内心的丰盈。

The Corridor

晓月清风 身临其境

由过道看向四周，有着不同的风景。过道相当于一道“时间”的桥，将“时间”的概念引入“空间”。时间的流逝，就被记录在了过道边的布艺、不锈钢、玻璃、大理石、木元素等主材的原始色泽与独有触感的缓慢演变中。

The Kitchen

厨房是家里最温馨的存在，女主人在厨房做着拿手好菜，清晨沐浴着晨光，傍晚身披着夕阳。香味充溢整个厨房，然后顺着空气、乘着微风跑到外部的空间，这是在偌大的城市中，属于家的浪漫。

The Bedroom

栖息之地 时间留存

主卧的设计注重隐、闭、通、透，移门的朦胧美、桌柜相连的参差美、衣帽间收纳柜与卧室衣柜的不对称美、草木的茂盛之美……空间就在这样多元的美的融合中与温柔撞个满怀，呈现出温润如玉、清透无暇的质感。

次卧通过榻榻米与衣柜、书桌相连的设计，对有限的空间进行了设计的优化，营造出细腻自然的空间立体感，延续和保持了设计的温度。在美学与实用的度量中，轻轻叩响内心对岁月的流连。

1. 如何化解入户鞋帽和储物的需求？定制鞋帽柜，和储物柜相结合，也解决了厨房空间小，冰箱无处安放的问题。

2. 餐厅储物空间稀少，如何增加储物量，腾出酒柜的空间？墙体移位，借用卫生间的一部分空间，利用墙体空间差，定制酒柜。

3. 原客厅空间狭小，正常摆放沙发会对着走道，空间感拥挤，如何优化？打开客厅和原阳台中间的间隔，让两个空间融合起来，扩大空间。

4. 卫生间空间利用率不高，如何在现有空间做优化？改变进门位置，调整功能分区。

5. 主卧室没有明确空间分割，床对面有阳角对着床，怎样划分空间，更符合业主实际需求？北边空间划分出衣帽间和梳妆台的位置，南边除了床的位置，还预留了休闲空间。电视墙利用阳角位置做了定制柜，既做出了趣味性，又增加了储物空间。

4. The utilization rate of toilet space is not high, how to optimize the existing space? Change the entry position, adjust the functional area.

5. There is no clear space division in the master bedroom, and there is a Yang Angle opposite the bed. How to divide the space to meet the actual needs of the owner? The north space divides the cloakroom and dresser, while the south space is reserved for leisure in addition to the bed. TV wall made custom ark using Yang Angle position, made interest already, increased store content space again.

▽改造分析图

1.拆除 1 号区域，借用墙体空间，腾出酒柜位置；

2.拆除 2 号区域，更改卫生间进门方位，提高空间利用率；

3.拆除 3 号区域，将阳台融入客厅，扩大客厅空间；

4.拆除 4 号区域，利用飘窗空间，做储物收纳。
