本案为三房两厅两卫示范单位，设计师使用多功能房的设计概念，为业主提供一个多元化的空间，可根据业主不同的需求灵活转换成工作室、茶室、以及卧室等。

This case is a demonstration unit with three bedrooms, two halls and two bathrooms. The designer uses the design concept of multi-functional room to provide a diversified space for the owner, which can be flexibly converted into studio, tea room and bedroom according to different needs of the owner

多功能房，静谧与简单的色彩让工作学习更加舒适，灵活多变的空间结构处理，让整个空间可以独立为一个小天地，也可以成为主卧的小附庸。

玻璃门与百叶帘的结合使儿童房整个空间更加明亮宽敞，三室之间的通透配合更加凸显了空间的空灵，各个细节之处彰显灵动与自由。

Multi functional room, quiet and simple colors make working and learning more comfortable. Flexible and changeable spatial structure processing makes the whole space independent as a small world, and can also become a small vassal of the master bedroom.

The combination of glass doors and blinds makes the whole space of children's room more bright and spacious. The transparent cooperation between the three rooms highlights the emptiness of the space, and all details show flexibility and freedom.
