The apartment is on the first floor of a mid-19th century three-storey building, located in the city centre of Valencia. 这套公寓位于19世纪中叶一楼，位于巴伦西亚市中心。

Considering the limited gross area and the scant natural light, this refurbishment project partitioned only the night-time areas and enhanced the verticality of the dwelling to the utmost, making the most of its high ceilings. The project also created a glass box with large windows in the former gallery which gives onto a terrace over the roof of the covered patio on the ground floor. 考虑到有限的总面积和稀少的自然光，这一翻新项目只划分了夜间地区，并加强了住宅的垂直度，最大限度地利用它的高天花板。该项目还创造了一个玻璃盒子与大窗户在以前的画廊，这是一个露台之上的屋顶，盖在一楼露台的露台。

The interior is structured around a hall-cum-corridor completely covered from floor to ceiling with lacquered wooden board, comprising doors to other rooms, wardrobes and closets.
