CFC财富大厦是茂名财富置业集团开发的第十个作品，打造商业/办公/公寓一站式商务复合体。

CFC Fortune Building is the tenth work developed by Maoming Fortune Real Estate Group to build a one-stop commercial complex of business/office/apartment.

入户大堂是一个开放式艺术休闲区，旁边设有咖啡水吧台区，利用4.5米挑高空间打造上下两层空间使用。

The entrance lobby is an open art leisure area, with a coffee bar area beside it. The upper and lower floors are built with a 4.5m high space.

集体办公空间设计结合办公与休闲，二层空间为私密，分别设置了经理室、会议室、财务室。

The design of collective office space is combined with office and leisure. The second floor space is private, with manager room, meeting room and financial room set respectively.

总裁办公室设计充分利用4.5米层高，两面采用全落地玻璃采光，俯瞰繁华城市景观。

The design of the General Manager's Office makes full use of the 4.5m floor height, and the full floor glass lighting is used on both sides to overlook the prosperous urban landscape.
