项目位于台州市路桥区核心地带，整体采用北高南低的布局方式，规划有16栋小高层住宅和28栋洋房，总建筑面积26.7万平方米，是台州稀缺的低密度智慧高档大盘。

The project is located in the core area of Luqiao District, Taizhou City. It adopts the layout of high north and low in the south. It plans to build 16 small high-rise houses and 28 foreign-style houses with a total construction area of 267,000 ㎡. It is a scarce low-density high-end community in Taizhou.

作为致敬台州路桥的一个城市低密智慧院落产品，美的美宸园从对城市地脉文化的思考，到对人居习性的洞察，怀着敬畏之心，致力于打造真正经得起时间考验的品质人居。融合浙系精工品质与智慧人居理念，为路桥敬献宏伟的人居蓝图。

Vision Woner is a low-density, smart housing property designed to pay tribute to Luqiao District in Taizhou city. With due reflection on the geographical location and local culture and deep analysis of the inhabitant habits, this project is devoted to creating a quality and sustainable residential premise. Incorporate the local high quality craftmanship and smart inhabitant concept, and chart a grand inhabitant blueprint for Luqiao District.

02 立面设计精致立面 构筑非凡气质Exquisite facade, creating an outstanding image

唯有持之以恒的匠人精神和与时俱进的时代审美，才能对人居作品拥有娴熟的把握，将强劲产品力完美表达。而人对建筑或产品力的感知，无疑是从外立面开始的。作为建筑外在的表象，外立面可谓是建筑直观的品质体现。

Only with persevering artisan spirit and up-to-date aesthetic perception can designers understand the essence of inhabitant space and give full play to it at its best. People perceive the architecture starting from the external façade, which is also the external appearance of a building. In other words, external façade is the direct and visual representation of the quality of a building. 

俄国作家果戈里曾说：“建筑是世界的年鉴，当歌曲和传说都缄默，只有它仍在诉说。”

Nikolay Gogol, a Russian writer, once said: ”Architecture is the Yearbook of the world， and even when songs and legends have been silent, it is still telling its own stories.” 

立面上以浅色为主调，局部以深色勾边，与大片的玻璃窗、玻璃栏板虚实结合，规整透露着雅致。疏朗明快的线条、通透的玻璃面，自然与建筑辉映成趣，升华居住品味，投射高贵品性。

The exterior facades are dominated by light colors, with dark colors on some borders. With large-area glass windows and glass fences, the exterior facades look neat and delicate. Besides, with bright and vivid lines and transparent glass, the natural landscape and the building interact with each other very well, which highlights the quality and dignity of the living quarter.

为了更加贴合高端住宅的定位，阳台和窗洞口处采用低调奢华的香槟色铝板，当铝板与墙面呈45°时，呈现出最佳的反射角度，产生立体感的视觉美学冲击，赋予冰冷的建筑新的生命活力。在光影流转中，印证岁月的变迁。

To respond to the position of high-end building, the balconies and the window frames use champagne aluminum plates which look not outstanding but luxurious. When the aluminum plates and the walls form a 45°angle, the best reflection angle, you will be able to enjoy a visual and aesthetic feast. And this design adds vitality to the silent buildings, thus the buildings can witness the transition of time amid the change of light and shadow. 

美的美宸园立足几何美学与精工细作，把控建筑细节，阳台外立面金属线条、铝板定制窗套，把产品的精致感与价值感彰显得淋漓尽致，让整体视觉显得更为高贵和雅致。同时，建立起更高的辨识度，匹配高价值人群的审美情趣，致敬台州人居理想。

Built on geometrical aesthetics and craftsmanship, Vision Woner has given full attention to the details. With metal lines on the external facades of the balconies and the customized window frames made of aluminum plates, the buildings look more noble, exquisite, elegant, and refined.Meanwhile, with distinctive design and a well-defined aesthetic standard for the elites, this project is an ideal inhabitant environment for Taizhouese.

户型设计方面，美的美宸园精研人居空间尺度，深度考量居住需求及舒适度。建筑面积约98-143㎡奢适美宅，匠心打造南向三开间或四开间设计，超长时光刻度，尽享温暖鲜氧；打造全系套房式主卧设计，独立卫浴、景观飘窗、衣帽收纳，尽享品质生活；奢阔空间，尽显大家风范，满足家庭三代同堂居住需求。

In terms of house type design, Vision Woner has studied the appropriate dimensions of residential space and considered the living needs and residents’ sense of comfort. The apartments are luxurious but comfortable, with floor areas ranging from 98 to 143m2. These three-bedroom or four-bedroom apartments facing south have long sunshine hours, thus you can enjoy the warm sunlight and fresh air. The suite-style master bedrooms are provided with independent bathrooms, bay windows and wardrobes, which enables you to enjoy a quality life. These grand and conformable apartments are large enough for multigenerational families.

项目将自然和建筑融合植根在景致里，结合台州山海水城地貌特色，以山、水、谷、林四大人文主题园林，呈现雅致景观，四季轮回，移步异景。

This project embeds nature and buildings in the landscapes based on Taizhou’s characteristic natural environment. We offer four cultural gardens themed by mountain, water, valley, and forest respectively to present the seasons in the delicate sceneries, and those nice landscapes change as you step forward.

同时打造亲子乐园系统、运动健身系统、社区交流系统、雾喷生态系统四大功能性园林系统，以领先的智能化管理，全方位呵护家人健康。

Meanwhile, we also build a garden system with four main functions, including parent-child paradise, sports ground, community-based communication, and fog spraying ecological space. We adopt cutting-edge intelligent management to provide a healthy living environment for you and your family in an all-around manner.
