江北新区智能电网调度大楼丨LAB

    LAB在江北新区设计的智能电网调度大楼宣布启用！江北新区智能电网调度大楼是江北新区重大电力基础设施项目，位于顶山街道，东至天浦路、南至望江路、西至镇南河路、北至浦滨路，距离长江隧道仅1公里，交通十分便利。设计以“生态智能中枢”为理念，将三个独立的办公塔楼通过裙房衔接起来，形成半围合的内庭院，使整体布局与自然环境融为一体。

  The smart grid dispatching building designed by LAB in Jiangbei New district now officially announces its opening! 

The Jiangbei New Area Smart Grid Dispatching Building is a major power infrastructure project in Jiangbei New Area, located on Dingshan Street, with convenient access from Tianpu Road to the east, Wangjiang Road to the south, Zhennanhe Road to the west and Pubin Road to the north, and only 1 km from the Yangtze River Tunnel. The design is based on the concept of an "eco-intelligent hub", with three independent office towers connected by a podium to form a semi-enclosed inner courtyard, so that the overall layout is integrated with the natural environment.

 With a total land area of 30,700 square meters and a total construction area of 106,000 square meters, the project will become the brain, hub, and operation platform of Jiangbei Energy Internet in the future, as well as the window of Nanjing and even Jiangsu Energy Internet construction, and will effectively solve the demand for power supply services in Jiangbei New Area.

设计构思  

 CONCEPT    

  设计源自变化的太阳照射、满足视觉要求及不同布局需求。将流动的建筑形式和经典而优雅的建筑材料结合起来，通过“垂直花园”延伸至整个建筑中。

 “sky花园”

设计了极具特色的植被装置，建筑上的绿植，配合上灯光将使塔楼呈现出色彩斑澜的梦幻景色。 

    The design comes from changing sun exposure, meeting visual requirements, and different layout requirements. Combining flowing architectural forms with classic and elegant building materials, a"vertical garden" is extended with the whole building. "Sky Garden" has designed a very special. vegetation installation, green plants on the building, and lighting will make the tower present a colorful and dreamy scenery.

 立面设计 

 FACADE CONCEPT    

    简洁的建筑几何形态，在水平线条的相互作用下，形成视觉上的丰富感。塔楼立面与裙房屋面通过流动的线条，和周边景观相呼应。“不断变化的外立面”在不同的时段，通过不同角度的阳光照射，变换不同的视觉效果。

“打破边界”

将布置理念延伸到建筑立面，与周边环境相互连接。建筑内部的垂直村庄、“内部街道”、公共花园，与自然融为一体，给予办公环境充足的视野。

“弹性空间”

增加可适应我们生活方式的工作场景，巧妙经济地解决了建筑与地形的关系。以内部协调的方式与场地契合。其开放的平面和灵活的自然天性，使内部空间形成一系列可操控的开放式空间。

"Breaking the Boundary"  extends the layout concept to the building facade, interconnecting with the surrounding environment. The vertical villages, “inside streets”, and public gardens within the building are integrated with nature, also giving a wide vision of the office environment.

"Flexible Space" adds work scenarios that can be adapted to our lifestyle; cleverly and economically solving the relationship between architecture and terrain. You can fit in with the venue in an internally coordinated manner. Its open plan and flexible natural nature make the interiors flexible open spaces.
