XT is the group of condominium for millennial era, who has their specific personalize, love vary and creative activities.

The sale gallery is beneath the concept “Easy but fun, Be original and twist” which is using original material with simple shape and form but make the interesting differences. This sale gallery is a low ceiling space located in the first floor of the office building, this makes it difficult to get customers’ attention and involve with the space.

Main space, we metaphor facilities from the main building to sale gallery by using long communal table for multi-function lifestyle. The reception is merged with specialty coffee café in one bar. It is not just a sale gallery, but also co-working space and coffee shop.
