2022年6月，波黑第二大城市巴尼亚卢卡宣布了一项建筑立面国际设计竞赛，来自中国的中联建业集团张健、朱荻凡和李宗伟设计团队，获得国际竞赛第一名。

国际竞赛内容为巴尼亚卢卡中心城区几栋奥斯曼帝国统治期间的历史建筑立面更新改造，这些建筑具备构成城市中心展示区的潜力，也是主城旅游和商业的重要功能板块。本次比赛的参赛建筑师面临的挑战和主要目标是发挥他们的创意提交一个高质量的概念设计，用他们的天才想法来诠释对场地、整体性、历史分层以及城市现代功能和生活需求的认识。

背景信息BACKGROUND

竞赛区域建筑在奥斯曼帝国统治期间形成了轮廓和基本外观，在地块周边，重要的建筑和公共设施还有Ferhadija 清真寺、钟楼 (Sahat kula)、两座桥梁（一座横跨 Crkvena 河，另一座横跨 Vrbas 河）。

It got its contours and basic appearance during the rule of the Ottoman Empire, more precisely under the seat of Ferhad-Pasha Sokolović, who in the short period from 1579 to 1587, built a large number of buildings, among which the most important are the Ferhadija mosque, clock tower (Sahat kula), two bridges (one over the river Crkvena, other across the river Vrbas)

多年来，整体建筑立面已老旧，空间关系混乱，并伴有产权归属复杂，租户自行改造导致建筑风格杂乱等问题，所有这些都对整个建筑群和城市形象都产生了负面的影响。

For decades, its spatial matrix has been exposed to the legacy of ownership relations and their changes, investment power and the aesthetic level of its tenants and business users, as well as flows of capital. All this had mostly negative impact on the facades of the entire architectural ensemble, which, naturally most directly participates in the ambience of the street, where it is located, the zone to which it belongs and, after all, the whole city.

设计思路DESIGN IDEAS

本次建筑设计提案将标志着建筑物及城市形象的复兴，它将重新激活巴尼亚卢卡的主城区活力。建筑立面改造后，将成为城市内最主要的旅游及商业中心，并提供市民游客游玩休憩、购物的多元化空间。

The facades design of buildings situated between THE STREETS KING PETAR I KARAĐORĐEVIĆ, PATRIARCH MAKARIJE SOKOLOVIĆ, THEODORS KOLOKOTRONIS AND PATRA IN BANJA LUKA will signify a renaissance for both the buildings and its surroundings. Our proposal will reactivate the important site in the wider central area of Banja Luka and turn these former buildings into a centrepiece of the city’s main commercial street, raising it to the level of significance that was initially intended.

该提案计划将历史建筑改造成一个带有公共空间（共享大台阶）的重要场地，并为城市提供一个重要的旅游景点，在这里人们可以与家人或朋友一起休息，欣赏宝贵的城市文化遗产-Ferhadija 清真寺和钟楼 (Sahat kula)。

The proposal plans to convert these former buildings into a landscaped pedestrian area animated by terraces, and become a significant link in the tourist offer of the city where one can have a rest with the family or a company of friends, enjoy the view of the clock tower and the mosque.

入口通道THE PASSAGEWAY

采用建筑语言表达现在和过去之间的联系，入口立面格栅的设计可呈现出两种不同的视觉感受，人视点可观察到现代风格的建筑立面，而建筑原本的样貌将通过顶部镜面被反射出来，入口通道采用曲面铝板强化。

At the entrance, the louver facade presents two different visual feelings. The original facades of buildings in the past will be reflected through the top mirror.

共享楼梯THE TERRACES

在城市规模上，该提案将有利于行人，并将巴尼亚卢卡的重要地点改造成一个吸引人的公共广场。该提案还建议把后院重新开放，改造现有通道，人们可以步行穿过，到达后院的共享台阶。

On the urban scale, the proposal will favour pedestrians and transform the important site of Banja Luka into an inviting public square in which to spend time. The proposal also recommends the partial re-opening of the backyard. Renovate the existing passageway, people can walk through and reach the terraces in the backyard.

立面THE FACADES

设计尊重现有建筑，对转角处的历史保护建筑进行修复。同时周边建筑的缺点采取批判性态度，一个关键的方法是增加建筑物的透明度：窗户将被更换，更大的玻璃窗可以提高商业空间的能见度。

The design is respectful of the existing buildin

g while taking a critical approach to its drawbacks. A key approach was to increase the building’s transparency: windows will be replaced, with larger panes of glass giving improved visibility for the commercial units.
