The proximity to the train station and Science Park created a planning strategy that bridges between the park and the city, with a wide commercial square that welcomes those approaching from the train and allows a resting point for those passing by.

The tower is part of an urban planning project that includes five towers with a typical cross section of one commercial floor and 17 office floors.
