The project is located on the top floor of a textile workshop building in the popular Patronato neighborhood in Santiago.

The strategy consisted of locating the only private office space in the center —a closed meeting room— through a large dark container and organizing the rest of the program around it: reception, dining room, bathroom, kitchen and a large work area.
