A construction always has a logic, as do the materials used. The residential and office buildings are centrally located and nonetheless situated in a quiet neighbourhood in the heart of Dornbirn. Both the Marktstraße and the Marktplatz are just a few minutes’ walk away, which means that all the infrastructure catering for day-to-day needs is available within the immediate vicinity.

The urban setting with two separate buildings makes the property an attractive ensemble that harmonises with the local architectural fabric and benefits from a high quality of life and lifestyle for the occupants thanks to the openness of the surrounding spaces and the perspectives. Defining density with air allows more than one reinterpretation: air in the form of light, of open spaces, is a fitting expression for quality living. “The city is the sum of its built environment”. The two buildings are connected by an underground parking garage accessed from the Schillerstraße. In total, 22 premium-quality apartments (one- to four-room units) along with a divisible commercial space covering approx. 170 m² have been created.
