The environment is constantly tailoring its offering to enliven the interaction between tenants and the community to foster a creative hot bed built on a rich history and character of the Bronx.

Union Crossing, the renovation and repositioning of the 825 East 141st Street warehouse, embodies the creative energy that has always been rooted in the South Bronx. A unique opportunity for new commercial and retail tenants, Union Crossing allows the community of Port Morris to reengage with an open and active site. By integrating architecture, branding and visuals, Woods Bagot and Brand Studio were able to deliver an all-in-one design, development and marketing campaign package for the client Madison Realty Capital.
