Atypical in the City of Buenos Aires, where the general rule is 8.66m of lot fronts and paired buildings multiply, this lot of 10 meters front served us as a means to develop a project that would break with the over-used logic of municipal line, foreground and background.

That's why this project proposes to split the built volume into two out of phase blocks, which liberate side yards, extending the building’s facade development, freeing visual and urban spaces opening onto the street and the inner block yard.

At the junction of the two blocks were located the elevator and the staircase, presented in the most transparent way possible, letting light and air inside the building. The elevator is panoramic glazing, and the staircase and paliers are metal grids, allowing open views towards a huge existing Royal Palm back on the site.

Both facades and interiors were finished with raw concrete in walls, beams and ceilings. Instead of balconies, beautifully landscaped flower pots that make visual bellows to the outside of the building were raised.
