located in sungsudong, which is well known as manufacturing area remained in the city of Seoul, the building is planned to be a platform place promoting collaborations and networking among young entrepreneurs ,specially ones focused in social venture. with a core in the middle which works as a border between cubicled space and open space in each floor, we did in depth studies to form a creative environment by adopting diversity in volumes of space , in compositions of materials and furnitures, which allows seamless transformations of modes from play to work, from individual work to group collaboration.
