Interior tenant improvement and exterior facade replacement for the architecture firm’s new San Jose headquarters. We reused 84 percent of the existing building shell and structure of a former Auto Manufacturing building, adding 4,000 square feet of structural upgrades, facade improvement, and building system upgrades to accommodate the office use. The project is a blend of history and modern aesthetic, incorporating existing timber trusses, skylights, and other historical finds from the original building.
