This project entailed the development of the former Toowoomba South State School site into office space for the purpose of housing the Catholic Education Office.

As the site is listed on the Queensland Heritage Register and sits adjacent to St Patrick’s Catholic Cathedral (which is also listed on the Queensland Heritage Register), careful thought was made to adhere to the heritage values of both sites in addition to meeting functional requirements.
