Creative Center of Scottsdale was designed by 180 degrees and built by 180 degrees

An adaptive reuse project designed by CONTOUR design studio included a master plan design for three existing buildings. As a design-build tenant improvement, the program was to renovate a former gun supply store and shooting range into a co-working artist space and tasting room for the adjacent brewery.

Completed in 2015 this project was the first design-build project to complete the City of Scottsdale Green Building Program.
