Berlin/Hoppegarten 2015, new construction of the European headquarters of CLINTON. The construction of the new European headquarters of the fashion company CLINTON was the second largest construction site in Berlin at that time. On the property, covering 80,000sqm a high-bay warehouse with 25m height, a logistics centre as well as a 4-storey representative office building including a large sales area have been constructed.

Within the office building a modern industrial look should be generated. Raw concrete, black steal and open working spaces. On the other hand green walls and plants were to create a warm and friendly atmosphere. Freund GmbH was in charge of creating the green nature line in the building and placed a special focus on creating well-being offices. Various large moss walls (Greenhill, Greenwood), a living wall with plants, a world map and room dividers made of Evergreen Premium moss and numerous plants were installed in the office areas. These moss and plant surfaces will create a calming effect, absorb the sound and regulate the room climate. Another highlight is the large area of Freund artificial turf which has been used on the rooftop terrace.
