ALICE is the first privately-developed, green and smart, multi-tenanted business park and office space in Mediapolis at One North, Singapore. The integrated building is a community that offers collaborative areas, shared media facilities, venture suites, and flexible office spaces for the remaining floors. The project seeks to challenge the conventional business park model by creating a forum for collaborative relationships between start-up entrepreneurs and business modules.
