The True North Equipment Office Building is a 6,800 SF, two story building that houses offices, meeting rooms, training rooms, and support spaces. True North Equipment owns & operates several John Deere dealerships in the Northern Red River Valley region. The location of the project along the busy I-29 corridor in Grand Forks provides a very strong branding presence, in addition to centralizing administration & training for all the company’s operations.

The project will not be used as a machinery yard, but a lawn care and small tractor display area will be included at the site. Some additional staff is accounted for in the building footprint, with options for future growth outlined. The design of the building uses familiar agricultural materials to incorporate the company’s roots, but the modern design points to the progressive nature of True North Equipment.
