After successfully completing five and a half (5.5) floors for the NYC’s Human Resources department (HRA) at 375 Pearl Street, NYC, Meridian Design was then hired as the Architect for the corporate offices of the Department of Sanitation (DSNY) on two (2) additional floors in the building. The project was built by Turner Construction and completed in 2019 and consisted of 72,000rsf.
