The project is an office building located on a privileged site offering the most incredible views of the city. In front of the project site , at the main facade facing north, we have the Bosque de Chapultepec with the Castle , at the northeast we have the skyline of paseo de la reforma buildings and at the northwest we have the third section of the bosque de Chapultepec offering sunset views over the tree line.

We wanted to give each floor of the building a unique experience and unique views so we twisted the tower on each floor and open the facade with floor to ceiling glass on the north face allowing maximum views to the context and on the south facade we created a wood curtain wall for protection of the sun and heat into the building to make it more sustainable by having a passive cooling system of natural air flow through cross ventilation of the north facade. The building stands by two main structure concrete walls and is connected by metallic diagonal girders to allow the twisted form.
