Our relationship with this financial firm has spanned many years, leading them to reach out for our design services after increasing gains and hiring pushed this client close to the carrying capacity of their existing 18,000 RSF space. We orchestrated the reorganization and redesign of their two existing floors, ensuring the business was fully operational throughout the renovation process. The design centered on increasing headcount capacity on the trading floor, updating conference rooms, receptions and pantries, and designing the firm’s expansion to a newly leased level of the existing building. We were able to seamlessly unify the three floors and preserve the client’s spacious atmosphere and contemporary style.
