In the modern world there is a big deficit of high-tech office spaces. Spaces that will contribute to the emergence and implementation of new ideas and modern products. This concept envisages the organization office blocks of the IBA company above the existing multi-level parking (Minsk, Programmistov str.). This solution will make the most efficient use of the existing site and create the required number of offices, auditoriums, lecture halls, laboratories and associated functional areas. Office blocks consolidate all the necessary production and creative processes and blur the line between work, study and leisure. The blocks are interconnected by a convenient gallery, which is located above the internal open park (the zone for open events, meetings and recreation).
